Edgars Closed account

My Edgars account was settled on the 20 of September 2020 and account closed at branch which was never the case, they handed me over for club fees and interest charged on the outstanding club fees, i have send emails, but with no outcome what so ever. Only collectors phoning for there money, and blacklisting me, after years of paying my account every single month this is how you treat your customers................. The people doing the debt collecting are not help full at all, some of them will hang-up while you are still explaining the problem.
