Edgars close account while in credit and pay credit out

I lost my job some time ago and fell bihind in payments. As soon as i could I paid it off and even paid R175 extra as the store clerk said I will be able to buy on credit if I do so.

Then I was told my account is closed I cant use the account. I asked for the R175 back on email but keep on getting a responce my account is closed they cant help.
