Edgars click and collect - useless

Edgars click to collect, what an utter useless system! The website said it would take 3 days, I have now been waiting much longer and still nothing, 3 days after the purchase I went into the designated store because I have still not received any confirmation that the order is ready, they then told me that I can come in on Friday and it will be ready, I decide to wait until Monday (today) On Friday I called customer care because my order was still saying processing? Although payment already went through etc. They assured me that Monday my order will be ready for collection, go there today, nothing! They have no idea where my order is and now they tell me shipment can take up to seven days? What happened to click and collect in 3 days? Disappointed to the max!
