Edgar's click and collect service disgusting

I ordered make up on their online site for click and collect in the 10 may. I got no feedback that the items were ready for collection so on the 21 may I went to Edgar's vaal mall hoping the order was there for collection, it wasnt. I then emailed them, no reply and they wonder why they are not doing well. I will see if I actually get a response here, if not I will be disputing with my bank to get my funds back
