Edgars Clearwaters

I bought a Tomford (****ing Fabulous) cologne on the 12/03/2023 at the Edgar’s Mall of Africa branch and my partner happened to have bought the same cologne for me, I then returned the cologne to my closest store being Clearwaters and the cosmetic manager (Thembi) then told me they can’t take it back as they do not sell it, she then refused to call her store manager who can authorize the transaction because the store manager is off, I then asked her to call her REP or anyone that has the power to override the transaction since she can’t and she and the other lady (Sibongile ) advised that REPS don’t work on weekends so they are unreachable. I’m never buying from Edgars again as the service is totally horrible and the store management is horrible with customers.
