Edgars Clearwater Mall sells you empty tester perfume bottles in resealed packaging, charging you full prices.

<p>I purchased hugo Boss Femme 75ml perfume for my mother as a mothers day gift from Edggars in Clearwater Mall and when she opened the box (which had the plastic wrapped around it, but was unfortunately resealed), the bottle inside was an empty tester bottle, as it was clearly labelled "tester" on the bottle. When I went to return it and complain on Sunday, 08/05/2016, the manager was nowhere to be found and the staff unaware of what to do in such a case. After almost an hour, the manager Juby arrived with no intention to assist in the matter and thought it was a joke stating there is nothing they can do with a sarcastic smirk on her face.&nbsp;</p> <p>I am disgusted and realised that someone employed there is *****ing from the business and management does not care. It is simply unacceptable.&nbsp;</p> <p>No apology, no customer satisfaction, no attempt to correct the problem and zero care for others.&nbsp;</p> <p>Its clear what type of people Edgars (Edcon) employs, sets an awful image for the company, but then again, they do not care.&nbsp;</p>
