Edgars Claremont is a ****hole!

<p>All this time I was under the impression that my phone was insured with Edgars when in fact it was not. I bought a cellphone from Edgars with insurance. The idiot behind the counter made me believe my phone was insured - even gave me a receipt. My phone got ****** and I deperately needed to claim only to find out that my phone was never insured. There was nothing done about it. The so called managers are useless ****s!!! They couldn't understand a thing. Phone calls were hung up in my ear by the assistand manager a few times. Terrible *****!!! Hard to communicate with and nothing gets done. I'll never buy anything of value from Edgars again. If you're stupid enough to buy anything from Edgars make sure you insure it with a third party. It'll save you the headache.</p>
