Edgars charging double ABSA service fees

Edgars and ABSA Service Fees Edgars charge my wife 2 x R 22.80 ABSA Service fee + another R 22.80 as a service fee per month from January 2017 which in total is R 957.60 for 14 months. From 1/12/2016 they charged me just a service fee of R 22.80 x 12 which is another R 273.60. In totals to an amount of R 1231.20 at the end of February 2018. According to my knowledge we have not even been notified of this arrangement. This is a disgrace and I believe that is should be taken up with The National Credit Act (NCA) . Besides this I am a pensioner and cannot afford this any longer. As soon as my account is paid we will cancel it unless these fees are being credit back to our account.
