EDGARS CHARGING ****

I am being charged for a funeral plan that I did not take out with Edgars. Have been waiting longer than a year for them to remove it or come back to me with an agreement where I took out this policy. I have sent them numerous letters but no response and they just keep on charging it to my account. I dont owe Edgars anything, my account is paid in full but I receive an account of R60+ every month for interest and a funeral plan that I did NOT take out with Edgars.
