Edgars charges for policies I did approve.

Edgars is charging me for policies I have not asked for or approved. Policies add up to more than R400. I have tried to phone customer care number but I'm told they do not handles policies and give me another number. Twice the number was cut. It seem the agent either does not know how to handle these queries and cut the call or are not willing to help. My only option now is kegal assistance. It's a nightmare to resolve it telephonically. Very bad customer service. Will be closing my account.
