Edgars charge interest but cannot tell you on what or a what rate

Can someone help to resolve the lack of assistance from Edgars staff. The inform you at the end of September that your 6 month free account no longer exist, but charge interest for September. It s impossible to get a statement or outstanding balance and thus impossible to settle the outstanding balance. I think the credit regulator should get involved as the number of people complaining is a lot and all being duped by Edgars. They continue to send sms's to ask you to spend on your card but cannot give you details of the account in store or from their call centre. some outside intervention is seriously required.
