Edgars Centurion mall horrible service

Staff at Centurion mall always rude and unhelpful, always see at least 10 staff members in cosmetics applying the samples instead of ASSISTING CUSTOMERS, extremely rude when you ask for help. Loud, terrible music when I entered the store early on Saturday mornings. Cashier assists and then walks away with no comment, left me standing there like I fool as I didn't know transaction was done, staff sit around on couches that I am sure are there for customer use, not talking, more like shouting loudly. Next time I will spend my money elsewhere. When asking to see the store manager, I was told they didn't know who it was or his number!
