Edgars Celphone Insurance

I have cellphone insurance through Edgars and put in a claim in January, however the finrite insurance says that edgars did not pay over the January premium and they therefore cannot process my claim, I have been going back and forth with the insurance and edgars customer care to resolve, and since friday I cannot even get through to the edgars cusomer service line.
