Edgar's cellphone repairs came back more damaged!!!

We took my husbands phone in for repairs on the screen. 1st being told it would take 7working days, after the 8th working day I went in and enquired they told me 3weeks. So we went and bought him a temp phone, the next day receiving a msg saying the phone was ready. Then upon the return, taking it home, finding out the dual sim tray was switched out for a standard single sim, they poached parts. The screen has lost all it's original colour everything is dull and faded, and the worst part is the screen isnt even fit properly! Its lifted and raised around the whole screen!!! To try deal with the customer service is a total nightmare, they push you from pillar to post and at the end of the day still no luc****!!
