Edgars cellphone insurance is ***
Edgars cellphone insuarance has the worst insurance service that has the most clueless call centre agent. I handed my phone in for repairs on 11/09/2017 on 05/10/2017 they returned it not fixed reasons not provided. During that time I called the call centre everyday and I would get different excuses daily and I would submit what they wanted daily with no assistance. it has been a month without a phone why am I paying for a service I will not receive? Do not take any other financial service with them.
