Edgars Cellphone insurance

<p>I went to edgars on the 24th august 2016 to claim my fone was tlld to wait for 7days ,i callec o the 9th day only to my surprise to find out my insurance was cancelled march 2014 it was cancelled by thier system ive never contacted or recieved any letter notifying me that my phone insurance was cancelled .the lady who assited me escaleted my issue to her manager she said she will callme in 48 hours and was told i can pay from march 2014 .what i dont understand why thier system didnt gerenerate any notification if i dint claimmyphone when were they going to tell me now i must pay 1264 which i dont have cash now am ****ed any one assist</p>
