Edgar's cellphone insurance

My friend cellphone screen went blank, and she is insured with Edgar's she asked me to take her to the store to claim from her insurance. It's been a nightmare we've been there more than 4 times the response is always we will get back to you within 24hrs after a 30min long phone call.
