EDGARS CELL PHONE INSURANCE NIGHTMARE

<p>Bought a phone hurricane spirit from edgarsand was also sold a cash insurance which they debit on my account evry month. When my phone got lost I submitted the police affidavit and blacklisted the phone. Made a follow up after 3 weeks and was told that the was one digit missing fro m IMEI number which I in turn gave it to them. After 4 weeks I was told that theres no record of the phone being insured. Came back with bank statements to show that the money is being debited. Now after 5 weeks I am tld to blacklist the other number that they have given to me but vodacom tells me the number is already blacklisted. Please help</p>
