Edgars Cell Insurance *****

Cell phone insurance that I never signed for and they have no proof that I have taken out cell insurance. They will not refund the account which is very unfortunate. i want to close this account, but not pay this insurance monies. They are charging on accounts, but with no consent. It seems like I have to take legal action now since they don't want to send me proof of this Cell insurance.
