Edgars can't work out simple account payments and blame customer
I have a 6 month interest free account. A few years ago I was offered insurance. I agreed. My understanding was that I would be paying a monthly fee for this insurance. My payments go off on debit order. The kast time I purchased anything from Edgars was 2 years ago. I have canceled the insurance and I am still paying R1500 a month for the next 4 months. How is this possible???? If the purchases made in store were paid 18 months ago, and there is no monthly insurance, how are there still payments required? If Edgars is unable to work out their payments, that Imis not my fault. Surely the insurance was not purchased monthly to be paid over 6months? That is ridiculous. Insurance is monthly. This company is absolute ******* and I want nothing to fo with them. If they can mess a 17 year + loyal customer around like this, I have no idea what loyalty and customer retention means to them.
