Edgars Brooklyn Mall is Terrible

So we took a phone to an Edgars in August. Apparently they booked it in for repairs, but whenever we go check on progress, no one seems to have an idea, it's new people all the time. They gave us a number for the repairs, they don't even answer their phones. Such terrible service, no wonder they could keep the lights on. Don't waste your money with their insurance.
