Edgars bogus subscriptions

I'm really at the end of my patience with Edgars and RCS now. They have been some cell cell phone and airtime subscriptions on my statements for over a year now that I know nothing about. In Feb I finally managed to get them to stop them and ask that they refund my money. Got an sms confirmation that the subscriptions and they have lodged the refund request.

A month later, they still haven't said anything about the refund and the subscriptions are on my March statement. This is ******** and very underhanded.
