Edgars Bloemfontein staff rude

Why is the staffmembers yelling and talking and making jokes so hard in lady shoe department. It was so unpleasant . They dont acknowledge you as customer. They were so loud ..iturned around and went somewhere else to purchase shoes. Bloemfontein Edgars staff is rude and loud and dissrespectfull.
