Edgars blocking migration of Hollard Funeral Policies
I have a Hollard Family Funeral plan through Edgars. I want to migrate the policy back to Hollard in order to have a direct debit order with them instead as I want to close my Edgars account. Hollard says that they have been instructed by Edcon to no longer migrate the policies until further notice. Why must a client be in the middle of an admin problem between Hollard and Edcon???? I want to migrate and upgrade my policy with Hollard but Edcon is not allowing it all of a sudden. Whats up with this???? Pay back my 40 installments that Edgars took from me then you can shove the policy where you want it!!!

27 Jan 2020, 18:48Good day, I do appreciate your reply. The call centers seem to be confused, as Edgars says migrate the policy to Hollard and Hollard says all migration were stopped by Edcon, I have been on the phone many times but there is just no resolve to this matter.
