EDGARS BLATANT DISHONESTY

this is the second report as the previous one I did not have the courtesy of a follow up call from EDGARS which they so politely promised on the Hello Peter page. EDGARS IS BLATANTLY DISHONEST AND PROVIDES NO FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS AND DOES NOT FOLLOW UP ON PROMISES MADE BY CALL CENTRE AND DOES NOT HONOUR ADVERT OFFER. ***/Go this is the so called Edgars reference. I am STILL waiting for a response. Emails are not followed up on. Call centre staff make promises that are not honored. A supervisors is never available. The promised gift was not delivered. This is blatant dishonesty. Order no ***<br> I purchased perfume with a promise of a Givenchy gift, after numerous calls and emails this has still not been delivered. Edgars think I will drop this, you are wrong. Honour your your promises.
