Edgar's Blacklistings

My sister had a contract with Edgar's, she was unable to pay monthly installments which led to Blacklisting, she paid up the settlement amount and closed the account, it's been a year now since she paid it up. Yet the system still says that she is owing them, please help as to what to do with this.
