Edgar's Bedford has ***** my merchandise

I bought stuff from Edgar's in Bedford Centre, they never put all my goods that I purchase in the trolley, a month down the line. I had to call to ask. They can't call, or email or what app. This is very poor and pathetic, almost like the public service departments.
