Edgars Bayside lacks in customer service

Hi Edgars Bayside Mall Tableview

I have noticed your staff is sour , impolite borderline rude at the tills and floor. Last year was served by a short very heavily built lady at the till who i greeted but no greeting back and no thanks after i paid. I didn’t say anything. Kept going back and once she was on the floor and asked her about pyjama prices and same stinky attitude ( didn’t greet back and looked at me like i was asking nonsense. Then on Saturday 8 Jan she was training someone, also African guy wearing a black tshirt. I noticed that he too , just said “there you go” after ringing my clothes. Edgars please train your staff on greeting with a smile, talking politely and saying thank you. Thats all we ask , its boring going to a store like you’re going to beg for clothes !
