Edgars Ballito Junction

We bought a 50ml Lancôme Idole at Edgar’s Ballito Junction for roughly R1800, when I opened the package, bottle didn’t have that tube inside to spray the perfume out, we returned it and the disrespect we got from the stuff including the store manager was beyond us and disgusting, they told us the bottle was **** and we exchanged the bottle and returned a **** one, we were basically called **********. No one could explain How a **** bottle landed on their shelves and I had to suffer for it . They called Regional manager who basically told us we wasting our time they are not taking the bottle back. I had to pay another R1800 to buy another bottle and open it in store just to make sure I’m falling into another **** again because I really needed the perfume and I lost the initial R1800 just like that
