Edgars balance mismatch
I am frustrated with my Edgars account, I have been paying and keeping slips. I recently received an SMS stating I owe R1400 however on the latest slip I have it shows the latest balance as R788.87, I also have previous proof of payments and these correspond with my payments. I have sent the slips and contacted them repeatedly to resolve this but have not been assisted. I cannot pay my account until this is resolved.
