Edgars Bad Service

Edgars has been one of only two retail companies that i have had the displeasure of dealing with. If you are a customer that manages your account beware because they will close your account for you if you do not use it for. while. The previous time this happened to me with Edgars, i only had to call their offices and get my account reactivated. Now i was told i had to reapply after i tried to buy something from Jet for my late brothers funeral. But they were happy to activate a benefit on the same account that has been closed. Within two days of them activating this benefit, i requested for it to be canceled. Which i was told that it was. Yet i received a statement this past month with over R80 on it. I again emailed and requested for it to me removed but yet again i have been receiving calls and sms urging me to pay it urgently. Fix it. You have lost another Edgars customer.
