EDGARS BAD SERVICE

I opened my Edgards account approx 30 years ago - INTEREST FREE. Now, all a sudden I am charged interest on my account. Edgars never contacted me to inform me of the interest that will now be charged. I have now sent 4 e-mails to Edgars (all opened and read), and as at today, NOBODY at Edgards has the DECENCY to contact me. My whole family has also CLOSED their accounts at Edgards due to BAD BAD SERVICE
