Edgars Bad service

Good Day I have a problem with Egdars since last year August. They double charging me for things that I don't have and they just can't resolve it I'm constantly on the phone with Edgards Accounts Department but all that they say they going to send it to the relevant department but no results now they say my account is in arrears. If anyone would ask me about they services it's totally bad. It makes me think how many other people that doing this to
