Edgars bad service

I’ve been trying to sort out 2 transactions on my account since October 2020. After handing me over to a lawyer I was credited with one of my queries. The other query is ignored plus all the lawyers fees and interest. Now I’ve been handed over again. This is impacting negatively on my credit score
