edgars bad experience and disrespect4consumer rtys

I went to edgars to purchase underwear and i bought wrong size for that matter, it was a female underwear for a surprise. I bought it on Friday and when i got home i was told i bout a wrong size by just looking on the package discription. So i didnt even open it and it was sealed in its bag. I took it back for exchage for correct size, i came to learn that i cant change it since i was used to buy my own undies and never made a mistake. I went to ask for a manager Alicia who was kind to me and explained that i cant changed it, but if i could have came back same day, she could have help me cause its sealed. i was told about the policy, i had a difrent understanding to that policy, to me i said they will not exchage if its durty or smelled bad, because it also says that one should try underware on top of yours for hygyne sake. cool.She said i should call customer care, i did, i made 2 long calls and in the end called back to go back for an exchage or refund and till today i was told that i will not get it at the shop by branch manager kay,i have recorded proof audio and video her saying she dont care if i dnt take iterm it will be donated and treatened me to call cops,I left iterm thr
