Edgars Bad Customer Services

I have been dealing with Edgars financial department for more than a year and they still have not fixed my account. Their financial department keeps request the same information just from different people. I have sent them all the proof of payments from the bank with all the information required and they have not fixed my account. I sent them numerous emails with all my information and also phoned their Call Centre, and still cannot get my accounts sorted.
