Edgars bad company

In 2018 i was in arrears with edgars and i paid them and thought i was up to date with them but they kept on sending me statements of still owing them and i went to the store myself to sort it out and they informed me they never received any payment from me and i showed them my proof of payment and they said they would take it further with their head office.. Few months went by and nobody came back to me and i went back to them and they told me alot of stories about they will investigate and so forth and after that laywers started to phone me and again same procedure all over again and they also told me they going to look into the matter nothing came from and then a few legal services phoned me regarding edgars i explained to them aswell and then nimble contacted me and the same story again but no one can tell me wht happened to the money i paid. So then nimble handed me over to VVM collettors what a f*** company they are or **** coz they dont know from left to right! So nobody can tell me what happened to my money and its been almost 4 years now and still struggling with them and now nimble listed me on the credit bureau and and i dont know what to do anymore.... Is there a company that i can contact to deal with a situation like this or a person coz these ppl jiat wants there money bt when it comes to investigate my story they keep on coming up with excuses.. I need advice or any help pls coz edgars need to find the money i paid them
