Edgars bad company

My wife closed her Edgars account two months ago and we are still getting invoices for the account. We went into the store where we paid the outstanding amount before we could close the account and waited two days before calling the number they gave us to close the account they told us over the phone the account was closed but now they say the account was never closed. This is a bad company with bad service. My wife's card doesn't even work anymore but still they add interest and a bunch of other costs as well.
