EDGARS - BAD Account Dept!!!

Most terrible accounts department ever! I have been asking, requesting, demanding and begging for them to correct my account. For no reason, they have added Edgars Club to my account. I asked them.... where did I request or approve this. They don't even bother to answer me. I want those premiums credited!
