Edgars

Been trying to cancel policies through Edgars and close my account for a couple of months now. I finally managed to get emails stating that all policies had been cancelled in November 2020 yet I still owe a balance. Now I keep requesting an explanation as to what makes up this balance on the statement but no one answers me. On calls you get sent from pillar to post and on email you get an automated response but no assistance. I have not made any purchases in over a year yet they want me to pay and add on interest to an amount that no one can explain to me. Is there anyone out there that can actually assist seen as the staff working there cannot help?
