I have had a 6 month interest free account for years. I always paid more than the minimum amount and would normally finish my debt in less than 6 months. Fast forward to the recent take over by RCS, when I noticed that my 6 months interest free account was changed to a 20 month interest account without my knowledge or consent. I decided to not query it and just closed the account. I will never ever purchase from these ****s again as I feel that it was ********* what they have done and they don't deserve my business. Edgars your have just lost a loyal customer and I hope people take note of their statements.
