Edgars ... AWAITING paid up letter, while you still charging me ..FOR WHAT?????

On the 28th Jul 2020, i settled by edgars account, sent them the email PoP and Account details. I requested the settlement/paid up letter. To date i have not received it.. What is even more frustrating is that the account has a R50 balance owed... HOW!!! what ******* is this.. can you rectify my account to zero balance and send my paid up letter.

Your call centro is even more useless. :(
