EDGARS Autonomously changes cash card to an account.

Edgar's have autonomously converted my Cash Card into an Account ie without my knowledge and concent. I was about to make a purchase at Fourways Mall today for my son's upcoming birthday and was advised by Itumeleng that this was the case where he checked on the Vision system and ITE has converted it. He advised that I needed to get a new cash card and would thus lose my points on my old card. I have never had an account and dont wish to have one. This has been inconvenient for me where I have a birthday coming up will need to make an unnecessary trip out to get his Pilot theme clothes. This is unacceptable! I dont want an account as should my wallet be ****** any John Doe can swipe it and where I will need to fit the bill. Kindly change it back to a cash card Edgars!
