Edgars are useless

forever i have been paying my egdars account. Have settled it in November last year. Since October edgars keep in mailing me saying i have not paid any thing on my account. After numerous attempts sending proof of payment they still handed me over to Blake attorney's to whom i also send bank statements. Few months ago they said they will send it to the right department. Today i hot another email from them. I now have bad debt against my name unfairly and still it is not resolved
