Edgars are useless

Edgars has been harassing me to pay my account after lockdown, where nor my husband or I received a single statement from them. I arranged I would go in store to pay the account as I also wanted to close the account. There I was told I could not pay the account in store as the edgars card is no longer compatible with their computers. they then took a photo using my phone of their eft details and expected me to pay the account without receiving a statement. i phoned asking them to email it too me. I still have not received it since mid December. I then get phoned today telling me I have to pay the account again. This is not in line with the consumer protection act and I think Edgars is acting in a very disrespectful way.
