edgars are the worst ever

I am a Edgars loyal customer, however they are the worst when it comes to online shopping and the biggest time and money waisters, i ever came across, I buy a size 5 croc then they send me a size seven they then expect me to drive 50km to exchange the croc at a certain store after i paid online delivery. I then drive to the store to find out there is no size 5. All my petrol, all my time for nothing. I then again order a sandal online but the description does not match the picture online so me going after picture because who really reads desciption when the picture is there. It gets delivered and boom again wrong sandal. Its been 3 weeks that i send the incorrect sandal back but yet i still didnt get a refund or a exchange. Edgars has no customer skills and should def not do online business they are poor beyond poor at it. Also i didnt get a sorry or a complimetary voucher or anything for causing me my time , my money, my patience or fruastration.

Edgars is bad and ill never ever recommend them ever.
