Edgars are the biggest rogues

I received a gift from Edgars and the size was incorrect, however the tag was there, they refused to swop it for another size and said the t shirt smells of fabric softener. How stupid can they be? how can one use fabric softener and wash the t shirt with the tag there and not fade? You edgars are the biggest rogues thats why your shops are closing down because you dont know how to treat customers. Anyway i will never purchase from you because yourl have all **** in your store
