AGAIN, new month and AGAIN subtracted the monthly fee of R23.00 ALTHOUGH I have over R1000.00 CREDIT. I ask AGAIN, IS THIS NORMAL TO SUBTRACT THE FEE EVEN IF I HAVE CREDIT? Edgars has rep**** me since, but they are not answering the question. They actually said they will refund the amount. They ONLY reply if I report them on this site, all queries I send to them directly are ignored. I will pursue steps to close my account and get a refund, but knowing how pathetic they are, this will probably not be possible to do online. Keeping in mind we are in lockdown.
