Edgars are *****!!!

<p>After numerous emails and Edgars replying about once per month. Been battling about this service fee of R22.80 per month - On the 28 September 2016 I finally got an email back from Nokuthula Nhlapho saying that after Edgars have investigated my complaint they confirmed that I have declined the activation and due to this Edgars will be cancelling and reversing the service fee and this will reflect on my next Edgars statement. Upon receiving my September there was no reversing or cancellation of service fee and I sent another email including all other emails I have been sending and the response from Edgars consulant. This morning I received an email from Mmamosa Witbooi who is now stating that I have signed and accepted the service fee with a copy of receipt and that contracts cannot be changed unilaterally. What the hell! I dont want this service fee any longer and I did notify you that I did not want it. Why in heavens name would I want to pay extra, give out more money. I dont understand can someone from Edgars please explain this bad service</p>
