Edgars are *******ly using your electronic signature to sign documents that you are not aware of!

Edgars do not disclose information and use your ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE without your consent or knowledge to sign documents that you are not even aware of! I have been an account holder since the early 90's. I never requested and refused a club card members fee. In September 2016 , I noticed an amount - a financial fee on my account - that was never before charged. I phoned the customer care line to enquire and then asked them to close my account because I did not agree to that extra fee , nor have I been informed by an Edgars employee about this new fee, nor have my permission or signature been asked to agree to such a fee. A person from head office was supposed to phone or contact me to explain within 3 days. That never happened. The account was paid up after not getting any feedback, my card was destroyed and I never bought anything since then from Edgars. On Friday the 13th of April 2018 I received an account from them for the outstanding financial service fee on my account..... I asked them to mail the original contact where I agreed on such a fee and they sent me an print out with an ELECTRONICALLY GENERATED SIGNATURE THAT ONE CAN CLEARLY SEE HAS BEEN COPIED ONTO THIS DOCUMENT. So Edgars can just use your electronic signature and copy it to any document????? for any kind of transaction??? This ******* amount accumulated since 2016 !!?? This to me is ***** - besides the fact that I requested to close my account in my initial call and did no transactions since then? What grants Edgars the right to use your electronic signature to be copied on a print out - without your consent and without witnesses that signed such a document in your presence? or do Edgars reserves themselves the right to use your electronic signature for whatever documents they want you to sign -*******ly? Edgars is not be trusted and hopefully other customers will take note. My family and friends are equally upset and will close their accounts because of this.
